General Product Notes

• Package Components
  • Package components often change, especially as new shipments arrive. In many cases, extra items may be included with your product, such as phone cases, memory cards, data cables, etc. In order to find the current package components, please give us a call.
• MMS and GPRS
  • Phones that support MMS and GPRS must be set up with your carrier's specifications. You must contact your service provider to obtain instructions for setting up these features on your phone.
• Network Dependent Features
  • Many features and mobile wireless services are network dependent and require network support. Some networks have limitations that affect how you can use phone features. For instance, not all networks support certain language-dependent characters and services.
  • A service provider also may have requested that certain features be disabled in a phone. If so, they will not appear in the phone's menu. Contact your service provider for more information and to determine if a service plan includes the features and services that you want to use.
