PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS, WHICH SET OUT RESTRICTIONS AND AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS, BEFORE USING THIS SITE.


Information contained on these World Wide Web pages is provided by WaZZa Market, Inc. as a service to its existing and prospective customers. Single copies of information may be downloaded subject to the provisions below. By downloading any materials from this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not download any materials from this site.

Except as required by applicable law, no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, is made in relation to the accuracy or completeness of the information, reliability or content of the pages including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property, or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall WaZZa Market, Inc. be liable for any damages whatsoever including without limitation loss of profits, business or goodwill, or other similar loss even if WaZZa Market, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Except for making one copy for your own private use, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, network, rent, lease, loan, distribute or create derivative works based upon the software or material in whole or in part. You may not electronically transmit the materials from one computer to another or over a network.

All brand and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders.

WaZZamobile Return and Warranty Policy

Please note: Warranties do not cover misuse, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair, liquid damage, normal wear and tear from use of the product, or other acts which are not the responsibility of the product manufacturer, including damage caused by shipping. If any of these conditions exist, WaZZamobile.com will not accept the item for return or repair under any circumstances.


All Sales Are Final On:

  • Blister-packed items once opened.
  • Software once opened.
  • All consumables, including, but not limited to, recordable media, digital memory, tapes, batteries, etc.
  • Non-defective merchandise that has any registered talk time and/or does not meet the criteria stated in the paragraphs below.
  • Accessories, unless otherwise noted in the product's description.
  • Clearance items, unless otherwise noted in the product's description.

For All Returns (see below for acceptance criteria):

  • Please call WaZZamobile.com at 1-866-979-1010 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. The package must have a valid RMA number on the address label. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
  • The ORIGINAL sales receipt, along with an explanation for the return, must accompany all returns.
  • Serial numbers and/or IMEI numbers on the product must match those found on the original box (no exceptions).
  • We cannot accept COD or Freight-Collect shipments. WaZZamobile.com cannot and will not refund shipping charges.
  • Return freight is the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location, so please ship your parcel back to us Insured. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable (including all refused and undeliverable packages).
  • WaZZamobile.com is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns.

Returns on Unused Merchandise:

WaZZamobile.com accepts returns only when the following conditions are met:

  • The RMA number must be requested within 3 days from when the item was delivered.
  • WaZZamobile.com must receive the return within 5 days from when the RMA was issued.
  • Merchandise must be in brand new, unused condition, with all components in the original manufacturer's box and with the original protective packaging:
    • Merchandise must be in original factory condition. There should be no cosmetic or internal damage to the unit or its components.
    • All packaging materials, inserts and manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories must be unaltered, undamaged, and included. Items returned without packaging will not be accepted. Restocking fees of 20% apply if any protective packaging is torn or otherwise damaged and not reusable.
    • The manufacturer's box may not be altered, written upon, or damaged in any way.
    • If accessories, parts, or manuals are damaged or missing, we cannot accept the return.
    • The equipment may not be registered with its manufacturer.
    • Software CDs must be factory sealed.
    • The unit must have less than 5 minutes of talk time registered.

In other words, it must be returned exactly as you have received it.

It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product so that it may be tested and inspected.


Defective Units - DOA (Dead on Arrival):

In the unlikely event that you have a DOA product, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact WaZZamobile.com and request an RMA number within 3 days from when the item was delivered (this includes weekend days).
  • WaZZamobile.com must receive the return within 5 days from when the RMA was issued.
  • Merchandise must be in brand new (original factory) condition with all plastics on and no usage (i.e. it must truly be Dead on Arrival).
  • There should be no cosmetic or internal damage to the unit or its components:
    • All packaging materials, inserts and manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories must be unaltered, undamaged, and included in the original manufacturer's box. Returns will not be accepted if packaging is not in its original condition.
    • The manufacturer's box may not be altered, written upon, or damaged in any way.
    • If accessories, parts, or manuals are damaged or missing, we cannot accept the return.
  • The equipment may not be registered with its manufacturer.
  • At our discretion, WaZZamobile.com will service or replace defective (as defined by the manufacturer's warranty), returned merchandise with the same model or a comparable model.

Defective Units - non-DOA

By their very nature, electronic items may fail after some period of successful use.  Except in the case where the product's manufacturer extends a longer warranty, WaZZamobile.com will accept an item for repair for a period of 30 days from delivery. 

  • For items accepted for repair by WaZZamobile.com
    • You must contact WaZZamobile.com and request an RMA number within 30 days from when the item was delivered. After 30 days customers must contact the manufacturer directly for support.
    • WaZZamobile.com must receive the item within 7 days from when the RMA was issued.
    • Product must be in like-new condition with no sign of physical or liquid damage. The statement at the top of this page bears repeating:
      Warranties do not cover misuse, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair, liquid damage, normal wear and tear from use of the product, or other acts which are not the responsibility of the product manufacturer, including damage caused by shipping. If any of these conditions exist, WaZZamobile.com will not accept the item for return or repair under any circumstances.
    • Items returned for repair are processed in the order in which they were received and can sometimes take a few weeks to evaluate. In some cases, our technical department can make repairs. In other cases, we may need to send the product out to the manufacturer for repair. Items sent to the manufacturer may take an additional 4-8 weeks, or possibly longer, to repair.
    • In the unlikely event a manufacturer's defective product is not repairable, a replacement will be provided. Products may be replaced with one of like quality and value.

If the above conditions are not met, you must contact your manufacturer for warranty support.

Canceled Orders:

  • Orders canceled after being shipped are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refused or Undeliverable packages:

  • Orders refused upon delivery or undeliverable packages will result in a refund to the customer less a 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Credits:

  • In the event that a refund is to be made to the customer, credit card purchases will be refunded via the same credit card. Wire transfer purchases will be refunded by the issuance of a company check.
  • A minimum 15% restocking fee will apply to all accepted returns.
